When purchasing an ASKI gas mixing system, we always offer our customers the option of concluding a maintenance contract (up to 5 years). This enables us to ensure that regular checks are carried out to minimise the risk of technical problems.
The intervals between maintenance appointments, which are carried out by our certified service technicians, are chosen individually by our customers. We recommend an interval of 6 or 12 months.
This is because, in general, a preventively maintained system runs more reliably and maintains the value of the investment in the long term.
In addition to these regular appointments, customers with a maintenance contract also benefit from transparent and lower costs and prioritised processing in the event of faults.
The fact that our maintenance contracts have proven themselves in practice is also shown by our experience in recent years. More and more customers are concluding a maintenance contract when they purchase a system.
