MFC mixing systems
Systems for non-flammable gases
The volumetric gas mixing systems for non-flammable gases are used in processes where a mixing precision of 1 or 2% is sufficient and no electrical signals need to be analysed.
The mixing gas concentration is set directly in vol.% on a mechanical handwheel.
The nominal capacity indicates the maximum mixed gas quantity in Nl/min in relation to gas inlet pressures of 6.0 bar(g) and a mixed gas outlet pressure of approx. 3.0 bar(g).
Other pressure ratios result in different actual mixed gas capacities.
1. gas mixing systems for continuous gas consumption
These systems are especially suitable for a continuous consumption process. Their mixing precision is maintained within a range of 20-100% of the nominal capacity.
Depending on the design, these systems do not require a power supply.
Depending on the design, these systems do not require a power supply.
2. gas mixing systems for intermittent gas consumption
These systems are specially designed for an intermittent or highly fluctuating flow rate consumption process.
All gas mixing systems for intermittent gas consumption initially produce the gas mixture set on the handwheels into a container from which it can be fed into the process in a range of 0-100% of the nominal capacity.
The mixing accuracy is maintained over the entire mixed gas extraction range.
The systems in this series require a power supply.
Depending on the design, these systems do not require a power supply. The containers are optionally made of steel or stainless steel.
Standard services
1. mains connection either 24 V DC or 230 V AC.
2. all system parts in contact with media are oil and grease-free.
3. leakage test of the system.
